1996 year
A branch of Priroda Ltd (www.priroda.by) is set up to sell German Gah Alberts Company’s finishing profiles.
Personnel of the branch company are trained in Germany in the following trades: wholesale trade, sales analysis, supply logistics, stockpile optimisation. The German experience is used to tune the sales system for the Belarusian conditions.
The first proprietary departments are opened at Euroluxe shops to sell aluminium profiles.
1998 year
Having carried out a market analysis, the company leadership decides to choose Polish aluminium threshold producer Trans. At that moment the Polish make showed the best price-quality relationship.
2000 year
By early 2000 the need to set up proprietary production facilities in Belarus territory arises.
In May joint venture KTM-2000 is registered. With technical support of Polish partner Trans, production of decorative thresholds for floor coverings, cover plates for protection of stair corners, profiles for ceramic tiles is launched.
In September 2000 the company manages to ship the first batches of proprietary goods.

2001 year
Along with buying Polish raw stock, the company contracts to buy Russian and Spanish profiles, negotiations with large suppliers from Sweden, Germany, and France are underway.
An intensive promotion campaign is launched on the Belarusian market.
The company takes part in international civil engineering exhibitions.

2002 year
A new production building with a warehouse and a central office is built. As a result, all commercial operations and document turnover are accelerated and simplified.
Factors that influence the choice of suppliers are determined. The company uses external audit method to examine the quality management system of a partner company. Several plants in Turkey and China are audited.
The company’s share on the Belarusian decorative profile market reaches 45%.

2003 year
The Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Trade examines the origin of the goods. As a result, the company gets certificate of origin, Form A for the proprietary make. Thanks to the fact, clients residing in the CIS states, the European Union and Canada can enjoy customs privileges while importing aluminium thresholds.
The first pilot specimens “Stair Covers and Thresholds” of “Master KTM” and “Luxe KTM” series are made.
A new facility for producing showcases for retail traders is set up, which resolved the problem of convenient and professional product placement.
The share of JV KTM-2000 on the Belarusian decorative profile market reaches 65%.

2004 year
The equipment stock is fully renewed: machine tools of German, Turkish and Polish origin are installed.
An automated system is installed to control raw stock and finished goods stockpile, run the manufacturing cycle and the company’s logistics system.
The trademark design of the packing is developed: navy blue is chosen for the “Luxe” series, scarlet — for “Master” series.
Participation in the largest international exhibition MosBuild-2004 (Moscow) becomes the first step of the company’s export trade and conquest of new markets. The showcased products draw special attention of exhibition visitors from the Baltic States, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Poland, Germany, and Canada.
The company contracts to deliver its goods to Russia and Kazakhstan.
The share of the company on the Belarusian decorative profile market reaches 85%.

2005 year
Participation in MosBuild-2005. Russian partners increase the number of orders.
Successful co-operation with Lithuanian partners is established: a long-term contract with a trade network of 50 construction material shops is signed.
An automatic compressing line to produce aluminium and brass profiles of “Master” series for ceramic tiles is commissioned.
The company designs original rubber sealers for maximum engagement of profiles and floors. German equipment for applying rubber strips is installed.
Negotiations are underway to set up a permanent representative office in Russia (Moscow).

2006 year
At the beginning of the year is put into production the new colour Pearl
The company acquires a factory with total area 4 500 m2 and begins its reconstruction
Participation at one of the biggest international exhibitions MosBuild-2006
Stable sales’ increase on the territory of the Republic of Belarus. In the 2006 year the sales of output goods increased for 27%.
According to the expert data that are confirmed by marketing analysis, the share of the market occupied by JV “KTM-2000” amounts to 85%.
The new export direction is developed-Moldavian building market.
In one year the export increased 2.7 times against 2005 year.

2007 year
In January was put on a new series “Optima”. This is a series of laminated PVC profiles that have self-adhesive base and special system of dowels.
In September was put on one more new series “Style”, which includes decorative profiles from durable brass and stainless steel.
The reconstruction of the factory that was bought by our company is in active process, the first line is already in work.
The participation in the international building exhibition Budprogress-2007.
The participation in the international building exhibition Kazbuild -2007.
It was gained an access to the Latvian market.
The positive growth of the company in the 2007 is 20%.
The development of the export markets, sales’ growth is 68,82%.
